Sticky Chicken Wings
Serves 4 | Prep 50 mins
Ingredients
480g chicken wings, raw weight, with bone, remove skin
80ml sweet chilli sauce
20ml Weigh-Less Apricot Jam
15ml soy sauce
10ml English mustard
50ml Slimsy cordial, undiluted
50ml water
5ml parsley
Weigh-Less Non-Stick Spray
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Place the wings on an oven proof tray that has been coated with non-stick spray.
2. Cook in a 200°C oven for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, mix together the remaining ingredients well and use as a base for the wings.
3. Reduce oven heat to 160°C and return wings. Roast for 35 minutes, turning and basting often.
4. Serve while still hot.
