450g pasta, cooked weight
600g broccoli, raw, cut into florets

150g Weigh-Less Canned Chopped Tomatoes
A quarter of a teaspoon of celery salt
A quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco to taste
25ml vodka
1 celery stalk, with leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
Method
1. Purée tomatoes and mix with celery salt, black pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and vodka.

Serves 12 | Prep 40 mins
Ingredients
One and three-quarter cups of cake flour
A quarter of a cup of sugar
Two and a half teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
Three quarters of a cup of Ultramel Skim Milk
One third of a cup of vegetable oil
Salt
Method
1. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
2. Add the egg, oil and milk to a second bowl and mix well to combine.
3. Make a well in the bowl containing the flour mixture and add the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
4. Spoon into muffin pans that have been coated with non-stick spray.
5. Bake in a 200°C oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
1 Serve = 1 CC + 1 Swap + 1 Fat

Bananas and Yoghurt

Ingredients
4 x 70g bananas
450ml fat-free yoghurt
40g walnuts
Method
1. Place a spoonful of yoghurt into the bottom of four glasses, add a layer of sliced bananas.
2. Continue until you have used all the bananas and yoghurt.
3. Top with walnuts and serve.

1 Serve = 1 Fruit + ½ Protein + 1 Fat
