Bloody Mary Recipes


Bloody Mary
Serves 1 | Prep 5 mins

Ingredients
150g Weigh-Less Canned Chopped Tomatoes
A quarter of a teaspoon of celery salt
A quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco to taste
25ml vodka
1 celery stalk, with leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges

Method
1. Purée tomatoes and mix with celery salt, black pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and vodka.

2. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
3. To serve, garnish with celery stick and a wedge of lime.
Notes
1 Serve = 1 Veg + 1 Fat
