Cheesy Marrow Lasagne Recipes


Cheesy Marrow Lasagne
Serves 4 | Prep 60 mins

Ingredients
10 lasagne sheets
10ml Weigh-Less Extra Virgin Olive Oil
400g baby marrow
200g onion
250g ricotta cheese
50g reduced fat hard cheese
2 garlic cloves
400g Weigh-Less Pasta Topping, traditional
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper




Method
1. Heat oven to 200°C.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry sliced onions and crushed garlic for three minutes.
3. Add the grated baby marrow and fry until they have softened.
4. Add half the ricotta cheese, parsley and seasoning, set aside.
5. In a large baking dish layer up the lasagne starting with half the baby marrow mixture, then a layer of raw lasagne sheets, lastly top with a layer of pasta sauce. Repeat.
6. End with spoonfuls of the remaining ricotta and grated reduced fat cheese.
7. Bake in oven for 35 minutes. Serve.

Notes
1 Serve = 2 ½ CC + 1 ½ Veg + 1 ½ Protein + ½ Fat
