Bananas and Yoghurt Recipes
Bananas and Yoghurt
Serves 4 | Prep 5 mins
Ingredients
4 x 70g bananas
450ml fat-free yoghurt
40g walnuts
Method
1. Place a spoonful of yoghurt into the bottom of four glasses, add a layer of sliced bananas.
2. Continue until you have used all the bananas and yoghurt.
3. Top with walnuts and serve.
Notes
1 Serve = 1 Fruit + ½ Protein + 1 Fat
